In 1996, the Sherwins purchased 30 acres at the top of Spring Mountain and began their Wine Country adventure.

Our expansive 30-acre estate features a picturesque private lake that adds to the serene beauty of the landscape. More than 17 acres of our property are dedicated to thriving vineyards, where we cultivate a diverse array of grape varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
