All packages are shipped using FedEx or UPS. Our shipping prices include packaging materials. During the winter and summer months, weather conditions and longer delivery times can often result in the spoilage of your order. Expedited delivery options or holding wine for optimum temperatures are important to the preservation of your product.
You will be notified by email when your wines are shipped. Generally, we will attempt to ship your wines shortly after your order is placed. However, in effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions.
Due to ever changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We cannot ship to the following states: Utah , Mississippi. We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time.
Seasonal Shipping
Summer Temperatures are not ideal, and often dangerous, for shipping wine. For all orders shipped during designated summer dates, we will offer next day air as the only means of shipping. All other summer orders, may be held until weather improves in the fall, at which time they will be shipped via ground transportation.
Returns
We do not take returns once wines have left our facility. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the situation right.
All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We cannot accept returns for wines once they have left our facility, as they may have been adversely affected by customer storage or may have been otherwise damaged as a result of other adverse condition occurring while the wines were in the your care. This includes wine storage facilities that accept wine shipments on your behalf.
