Cellar Scraps #17 Magnum
Cellar Scraps #17 is an artful union of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Sirah. Sourced meticulously from vineyards nestled in St. Helena, Calistoga, Howell Mountain, and Oakville, this blend captures the diverse essence of each terroir, resulting in an exquisitely complex and enticing wine. Upon the first sip, your senses are greeted by a symphony of aromas – deep, luscious fruit, opulent oak, and enticing baking spices. The palate is graced with an elegant and glowing character, as the wine glides smoothly, revealing balanced tannins and a seamless finish that lingers gracefully, unveiling layers of delightful fruit. Our newest edition predominantly features the 2019 vintage, harmoniously complemented by a small amount from the 2018 vintage, lending additional depth and allure to this masterful blend. Meticulously aged for 22 to 34 months in French oak barrels, this wine showcases the epitome of refinement and craftsmanship.
