Our Flagship wine, the Estate Cabernet is made entirely from fruit from our 17-acre vineyard at the top of Spring Mountain. Our goal is always to let the richness and complexity of the mountain fruit take center stage, and the 2018 vintage is a great example of that. The vibrant, lush fruit is framed by refined tannins and subtle nuances of French oak, leading to an elegant expression of intensity. This wine is ready to enjoy now or to lay down in your cellar to further enhance its complex flavors.
